The entry must be uploaded using the online form by the end of 20.11.2026; The decisive factor is the time at which the upload process is completed. You may withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal must be sent by e-mail to communications @dussmanngroup.com.
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they personally created it and that the rights belong exclusively to them, so that no third party can assert rights to the submitted entry and the entry does not infringe any other third-party rights, in particular copyrights; this applies especially where background music is used or trademark-protected objects are depicted. In addition, participants confirm that all persons visible in the entry consent to its publication and that the signed consent form n has been uploaded along with the entry. If third parties nevertheless assert claims due to an infringement of their rights, participants undertake, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify the organizer against all claims upon first request, including the reasonable costs of legal defence.
By submitting an entry, participants grant the organizer an exclusive right of use to the submitted entry, unlimited in time, territory and content. The organizer is therefore entitled to comprehensively use and reproduce, publish and distribute the participants’ entries in all media, including social media, also for commercial purposes. Participants consent to their entries being used, distributed and otherwise made publicly accessible to third parties by the organizer, in whole or in part, in online media in connection with the competition and the selection, administration and presentation of the participants’ entries. For these purposes, the organizer may also edit the content and, where necessary, grant third parties rights of use to it. These rights are granted free of charge and without territorial, content-related or time limitations. The organizer is not obliged to review the content provided by participants for potential infringements of third-party rights.
Prizes cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged. The following prizes will be awarded: three team events, each worth up to EUR 500, and five Bluetooth speakers. The team event benefits the team in which the winning person works; the details of the team event will be agreed individually with the winning person and the relevant team. The handover of the prizes will be arranged individually with the participants. Participants will be notified of the prizes promptly via e-mail and asked to confirm. If the winning person does not respond within a reasonable period after two requests (14 days after receipt of the second request), the prize may be transferred to another participant. If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g. invalid e-mail addresses), the organizer is not obliged to identify the correct addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from incorrect contact details will be borne by the participants.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if the submitted entries violate applicable legal or regulatory provisions or public decency; this applies in particular to entries containing content that is harmful to minors, pornographic, racist, glorifies violence, incites hatred or is insulting. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude entries that have been created or generated in whole or in part using artificial intelligence (AI). This also applies to violations of the conditions of participation and attempts to manipulate the competition. Multiple participation does not increase the chance of winning.
The organizer is entitled to cancel, suspend, extend or modify the competition prematurely if unforeseen circumstances outside the organizer’s control arise that make the original implementation more difficult or unreasonable for the organizer. The organizer also reserves the right to extend the duration of the competition for organizational reasons or to promote an appropriate level of participation. In such a case, the organizer will inform the participants without delay. If the campaign is cancelled or materially changed, entries already submitted will not be used without the participants’ renewed consent. The rights of use granted apply exclusively within the scope of the campaign as originally communicated.
The organizer collects and uses the participants’ contact details provided when uploading the entry exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. Data will be collected or used beyond this only insofar as the participants consent to it.
